Waah

I don't want to be a cry baby but... WAAAAHHH! My back still hurts! I think it is worse today than it has been the last few days. I really hate being sick or injured and it has been 10 days!! 10 DAYS. Way too long. As I was lying around trying to recover last week I saw an amazing number of back pain commercials. Apparently sitting on your ass (like I was) was not the way to a healthy back. I'm not really sure I had a choice last week but this week I've tried hard to do little things to loosen it up yet not strain it.
I'm really expecting miracles in the acupuncture. My appointment is tomorrow at 8:30 and I better feel better by 9:30. Think it will happen?

Lacey has suggested chewing more bones will make me feel better.

Coulee thinks I just need more sleep.

yeah, I think that yes you are supposed to get active and move around but I don't think that this job is particularily good for a healthy back anyway....so maybe take it a bit easier...

oh- and you know that accupuncture is tons of tiny little needles right?

You've probably already done your acupuncture but I've got a pinched nerve in my neck and my whole left side gets stiff and sore. I tried chiropractic but it would only feel good for a day or two, so now I'm doing acupuncture and massage therapy and the change is really impressive. I did several acupuncture treatments before I started the massage therapy, for me they work well together. The acupuncture has been awesome! It doesn't hurt either it's weird. My dad injured his arm working on his garage so badly he couldn't move it, and two treatments of acu and he was back to normal! I hope you're feeling better!
