Inspired

This was just what I needed today. Someone who just took the plunge to become a pet photographer. I love her style and her sense of humour. I just read her entire blog. :) (Deb and Stephanie - she knows the Ravelry people - cool eh?)

I was working on a pet photography website last night... Not sure if that means I've decided or not, but I have to admit, I'm leaning in that direction.

Wendy,
You left a stable paycheck to take a chance on opening a dog walking service . . . and look at you now! You have a great business and provide a wonderful service to the community. On top of that, you are a great photographer with an amazing talent for catching animals at their best and it seems to be something that you really enjoy. I think you should go for it! So few people actually get to really enjoy what they do for a living, and if this is something you really enjoy, why not give it a try? I think it is very exciting when people actually make the opportunity to do something that they really want to do.

I am very excited for you! Oh, and I love the webpage - look at little Lacey - she is flying!

I second that encouragement. You should go for it...you have talent! Love the photo of Lacey.

I say go for it! You definitely have talent...if I lived in Canada, I'd be willing to pay to have you take pictures of my dogs :)

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES

and I'm not just saying that because you used Jackie's picture on this mock-up-- although that is one of the best pictures I have ever seen in my life. Bias not withstanding.

BTW- we are on a hiatus from daycare as Jackie's barbwire wound heals. She'll be back with her friends in about a week.

I agree with Jackie's Mom; we've been saying you should do dog photography since we first discovered your blog. (However, just to be clear, you're not allowed to close the doggie day care! You can do both, right?)

Thanks everyone! I'm really close to making it reality, I just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before I start.

And no, I wouldn't even consider closing the daycare.

And I'm sorry Jackie's first off leash walk resulted in injury!
