Miss Micah

I'm fostering Micah until my sister's family can get out to Lethbridge to meet her and take her home with them.  She is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met.

She is quiet (I've never heard her bark), she is friendly (she wants to meet everyone we see), she is housetrained (not a single accident in the house), she is affectionate (all she wants is to give and receive love), and she is great with dogs, cats, kids (she wasn't phased by two young rambunctious boys, she was snuggling with Lu within 20 minutes of getting to our house, and is great with Coulee and Lacey).

It never ceases to amaze me how many incredible dogs can end up in rescue and in need of a new home.  I can't for the life of me figure out how this girl ended up in a County Shelter on death row.  I'm so glad the vet clinic called the rescue and saved her life.

She sounds like the perfect dog for any family? She has a lovely face. And one of yesterday's photos showed her as a very handsome dog. How old is she - or do you know?
