This is what faces me at the start and end of every walk....
I can usually get everyone safely by it on the way out, but by the time we are coming back the dogs are hot and tired and they usually race ahead to splash around. I'm standing at the car... as you can see, they aren't too anxious to join me there.
At this point, they are already wet and dirty with no chance of drying off before the car, so I might as well join 'em and let them have a little fun.
Besides, if I try and resist, I get attitude.
Followed by loud demands.
And besides, every giant puddle needs a monster.
PS - Coulee's feet are definitely in an upswing! We walked two days in a row and managed to incorporate a few throws of fetch each time too! Yippee!
