I wonder if the novelty of beating Coulee to the toy will ever wear off. I hope not!

Hiding

Coulee is still able to hide out in the tall grass at the park.  I'm almost looking forward to some snow just so that I can see my dogs again while out walking!

The Dog Park

It sure looks gorgeous this time of year!

Still Splashing

The weather has been so nice lately, we have been getting lots of river walks in.

It has been bizarre though - the weather has been perfect and the dog park has been deserted.  Not that I mind, it is just weird.

Lacey has still been racing towards the toy - when it suits her anyway!

Coulee doesn't find her to be much competition.  Although Lacey has been known to use some illegal tackling.

And she has also been known to use some illegal hitting.

She has even tried making funny faces to distract her.

But nothing keeps Coulee from chasing the toy.

Irony

Irony is playing tug with a "chuck-it" toy!

Burrs

These are the most dreaded items in the park....

There are tonnes of them at this time of year.  I am on a constant look out for them because as soon as Coulee makes one false move we'll be shaving this off...

I'm sure it will be happening soon...
